I have called many places and had no luck. These round pad Dunlop brakes are following in the current tradition of all Mk1 parts and becoming scarce!

Why not just convert to Mark 2 square pad calipers ? However, these also have a piston-retraction mechanism not unlike your picture. However, you can more easily replace the piston assemblies on the Mark 2, the Mark 1 round pads are far harder.
