Will a this engines fit jaguar mk2???
The jaguar mk2 is one of the coolest car to me. so I want to build one in my way. I just want the looks. The reason behind it is that such a powerfull engine will cost me a lot of money in my country and by that I mean a lot. Because the automobile import tax and vat for an car which has 3000cc+ engine is hell lot about 300percent or more so I want to use a cheap 2.4 liter engine. A few engines caught my eyes. They are '05-06 Nissan Altima 3.5L VQ35DE', '02-05 HONDA CIVIC Si EP3 2.0L 4 CYLINDER DOHC iVTEC ENGINE JDM K20A',JDM 98-02 Honda Accord F23A 2.3L SOHC VTEC Engine F23A1,98 02 HONDA ACCORD 97 01 HONDA PRELUDE 2.3L BLUE TOP DOHC VTEC ENGINE JDM H23A,2.4l multiair tigershark engine

You should also not forget doing an engine swap will create a lot of customizations to make it all fit and work. Now if you are adamant in going less than 3.0 liters I would recommend a Datsun 280Z engine block and places like Datsun Spirit can build you a very powerful, reliable, fast engine that is just under 3.0 liters that will pull like a V8. The Datsun straight six is much lighter than the Jaguar engine and will produce more power with a very good powerband. The power will depend on your budget as you can go with simple bolt on items and get say 200-250HP but if you do some porting work, custom cam and mild bore increase these engines normally aspirated can easily go 300 to 450 HP yet are super reliable and good MPG. I highly recommend Datsun Spirit to build and ship you an engine ready to go based on your budget. www.datsunspirit.com
