Hi all, my name is Nick and I live in Goolwa, a small town south of Adelaide in South Australia. I have had a 3.6 litre XJ40 for about 7 years and it has about 212000 kms on the clock and usually runs very smoothly, but is now showing its age - so time to give it some tlc.

Welcome to the forum Nick,

Hope there's nothing seriously wrong with the XJ40. Follow Norri's link to the XJ40 section for help, advice and information.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You might also want to visit the Australia / New Zealand Region section by following this link Australia / New Zealand - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in your part of the World.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham

Great to have you on board, Nick. Given the length of your ownership, you'll certainly have as much to contribute as to gain from our XJ40 section. With the tlc you suggest, I'm sure your car will give you many more reliable years!
cheers,
Scott
