Looking forward to using this site. Just purchased a 1988 VDP for $3,500. Now I'm wondering if I over paid. 91K, great body, runs like a top but I did not do my home work. Rear suspension not working lights randomly flashing, etc.. However after reading some of the posts here it seems many others are have same issues. Any thoughts?

Congratulations on the VDP. I'll leave it to others to comment on the cost because values are very different on this side of the Atlantic but it's still a lot of car for the $$$.

Sounds like you've already found your way to the X308 section. If you haven't got answers to the suspension and lights issues after already searching, put a post there with the question.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
