Default 1989 Daimler Double Six - new member

Hi all,

A quick few lines to introduce myself - I already posted a thread and have received terrific feedback and help from Grant Francis.
I've owned several other 6 cylinder XJ series models, this is my first V12 - its proving to be as big a learning experience as I expected.
Maintenance jobs all take typically 3 - 4 times as long, due to restricted access, general complexity and 12 of everything!!
Great online forum - best I've seen, period.

Kind regards,
Richard

Welcome to the forum Richard,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums and to hear you've had help from the Underworld.

I can see you've already found your way to the XJ6 & XJ12 Series I, II & III forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Lower Atlantic Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/usa-lower-atlantic-nc-sc-fl-ga-66/
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Hello, Richard,
Grant is one of our GURUS. I'm not sure Anyone knows more about V12s than he does.
Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
