Default 1995 XJ6 Owner.

Hubby just bought her for me and she runs like a dream! First time owner and lovin' it! The remote doesn't work but ***shrug**...not a real big issue. The interior lights don't work either possibly a fuse?. The dash lights are fine. Only a few minor cosmetic issues but for the most part the dealer practically gave her to us...lol.

Look forward to interacting with fellow Jag owners!

Howdy JustDe

Welcome to the forum! At first read, it looks like a fuse and a low battery in the remote. Keep us up to date!

Default Welcome from a fellow X300 newbie

Hello, I hope you're enjoying your XJ6 as much as I am mine. I'm about to lose my car for a few days whilst the back bumper and boot lid are put right (thank you careless Landcruiser driver) and also to get the sagging headlining fixed but then it will be about as good as a daily-driver could be. As my long-time Jaguar owning brother rightly says, these are very soothing cars to drive slowly; but they certainly go when you need them too (or just when you want to hear the engine growl). Even my wife, who regards all cars as whitegoods, threatened not to give the Jaguar back when she used it as I took her (brand new) Honda for its first service last week. I could have saved myself 30 thousand by buying her a Jaguar too!
