Working on a unique XK8 project. Currently have a low milage (64K) convertible. So far I've changed out the headlights with after market LED units then updated them to HID, tailights to full LED, rear bumper, wheels and tires (20"), stereo (single din motorized display), speakers front and rear, amp, antenna (with manual antenna switch), seat covers w/ seat heater retrofit (front), and pulled the rear most mufflers and replaced them with the european straight pipe kit (that was fun). Working on motorized concealed fron license plate and the big project is an LS3 6-speed auto engine swap (Ca smog is a bitch). As soon as I get through the 10 post limit I'll starting putting up pictures of the project.

That's some upgrade work you've got through.

Took the car out to lunch today and hit traffic. Just sitting minding my own business and a Toyota tries to drive into my trunk. Kind of impressed in that the Toyota is a mess but then so is my brand new fiberglass bumper. Sigh...
