Hello,

Just got my first Jaguar. 2002 X Type 2.5. Running pretty well. Any one else on the forum that lives in Calgary?

Welcome to the forum,

I believe there are a few Albertans, certainly a good few Canadians.

Welcome jlhill78. There are a few Calgarians and a few Edmontonians and even a couple of us from the land in between. Wish your X-Type was doing better than "running pretty well". After all it's your 1st Jaguar. We want you to be wowwed with the brand.

Need a set of winter wheels on that Kitty? Check out the classifieds. Nobody has picked up my set yet and you aren't far away. Maybe I'll bump the thread.

HI, Thanks, but I just put new winter tires on. Nokian Nordman 94T. They grip great. Took it to an iced over parking lot to test them out and they performed nicely. My main issue is I had my car transported here from Houston while I'm here on assignment. There are a couple quirks that could be normal or out of the ordinary. I know Jags are a breed of there own. I finally figured out the headlights, although I still feel that I have my brights on. Typically the blue light on the dash for lights mean the brights are on.
What I would like is to go on a ride down Deerfoot with someone knowledgeable who coupld pick out any quirks, or tell me she's perfect.
I'll buy lunch.
