My 2000 xkr displays failsafe mode after several minutes of driving but does not seem to be in failsafe mode as I can drive it at any speed. The notice goes away on restart but returns within minutes. I have changed the brake light switch and connector plate in 722.6 transmission but still the same and only symptom...a display on dash that reads failsafe engine mode. No codes on my obdII scanner.
