Alloys

Just picked up a new (to me) 95 XJ6. This car is in great shape but the aluminum alloy wheels appear to be "crazed" if thats the right word. Looks like the clear coat is cracking due to improper cleaning agent. What is the best way to polish these. Thanks

you can either use some very fine scouring pads, or take it to a body shop and have it sanded lightly and recoated.
