battery problem

Default battery problem

new member, having problem with low battery warning when car is left parked for more then 12 hrs. 2011 xjl, love the car but hate the warning light . have had car for 18 months but this problem just started 2 months ago. Dealer has replaced battery 2 times within last 4-6 weeks.

Good advice from Norri.

That's discharge rate is almost making the unusable after overnight parking. Hope the guys on the X351 section can come up with a quick and easy fix for you.

there is something draining the batteries such as a short, or could also be related to the alternator, they should not just replace the battery, the dealer needs to root the problem
