A big cat in New Jersey
Hello everybody!
I am not a new here but have not been a frequent visitor. I understand car technology only enough to appreciate the deeper knowledge of many others in this forum. I have felt there is not that much I am able to contribute.
My first Jag was an XJ6 1996 I bought used in 2001. It was more the styling than anything else that attracted me and in particular my wife to it. However, the driving experience and the problem free ownership made us repeat buyers: XJ8 2004 bought in 2006.
It has been in light use so far due to commuting by train, but that changed this year and my annual mileage will be around 10k per car.
This forum has been of invaluable help with a couple of technical problems and will be the first place I will look every time I have a question.
I am grateful for this forum and happy to see it grow and develop further.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
