Console removal

I'm new to the forum. I have a 2009 XJ8 VP. I need to change the dash vent louvers in the center and passenger areas. How do I remove the center console so that I can remove the wood trim to get to the center louver retaining screws?

I've removed a console or two, but in nothing as new as your car so I would be no help to you at all.
