Anyone seen a trunk lid like this before - 2002 Coupe that was sold new to a USA state that doesn’t require a light on the rear plate. Wondering if it came from the factory like this or is an after market option or custom made??

I've never seen one like that and it doesn't appear in JEPC (the Parts catalogue) but there was a lot of aftermarket body 'upgrades' available for the X100.
