Hey there, when i read about the new model xjr in 98 i knew i had to have one someday. Finally got that 98 xjr with 152k on the odometer with new engine and rebuilt charger in the past 2 years. Needed/needs TLC (windows and locks were pretty screwed up,exhaust was hacked/cut up by PO,egr cleaned, blah blah blah fixed what i needed to to inspect and good to go. I love driving this car so much that i really don't care how much time i spend fixing the glitches it has accumulated! Anyways, glad to be a part of your community and have a good one!

You had a long wait from 1998. Good to hear the XJR is as exciting as you hoped it would be for all those years until you finally got one.

Follow Norri's link to the X308 tech section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
