I've put off posting for too long. As a loyal owner i guess it's time. They say important to list your vehicle as a signature. Whaddaya do when you have 3 x type wagons, a 1971 XKE, and a 2004 XJ8L Vanden Plas? Yeah, I'm nuts. I've lost count but think I've owned about 15 Jaguars including a 120, 2-140's 6-E's, a Mark 10, an XJ-12 (the only one that was a royal pain!) several XJ's an XJR. Currently trying to decide which engine to put in the 71 XKE. and don't yell at me! I'm deciding between a Maserati 4.2 and a 3 rotor Wankel. Looked at a late model XKR motor but they're not pretty.

Bought the last x-type wagon at a wreck sale in Fresno, CA. Shipped a radiator to the site, hopped a plane from NC, installed the radiator in a parking lot, drilled 2 holes in the hood for hood pins made from 2 carriage bolts; and drove it home to NC.
So I go by Buckwheat in memory of a great dog I had. I'll post pic's later. George
