Talking Greetings from KCMO

Hello to everyone! I purchased my first Jaguar ('03 S-Type 4.2) about 6 weeks ago and I have to say I love the silly thing even with all of its faults. I love cars and I own all different types of vehicles. Currently in the stable is a Wrangler, MGB, Spitfire, Austin Healey, Fusion, an Ion and of course the Jag. Since I have four drivers in the house they all seem to get regularly exercised. It keeps me busy keeping up on the maintenance and repairs but I love the hobby.

I've already found so much helpful and useful information here that I decided to join. While I'm pretty handy with a wrench/spanner each car is a little different and it always helps to have some insight from those of you who have "been there and done that". I look forward to finding more information on A/C compressor replacement, water pump/thermostat/reservoir replacement, and shock replacement.

My thanks, in advance, to all of you that post the information that is useful and informative. For new guys like me it is very much appreciated.

Cheers!

Welcome to the forum KCDevilDog,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

It sounds like you've already found your way to the S-Type tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the USA Mid West Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/usa-mid-west-il-ia-mi-mn-mo-oh-wi-39/
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.
