Default Greetings from Orlando Fl

Where all your dreams come true. I have been a Jaguar owner for 10 years having both an X-type and S-type. Just last week purchased a 2010 Jaguar XF with 25k miles. I was able to check the car fax as well as contacted the original dealer to see if it had lemon potential. Pretty clean repair record, regular maintenance is up to date. The exterior and interior are immaculate. My only complaint is only one key, guess I will have to take out a loan to get another key. Any OEM keys available? The only other question is getting the USB to recognize my devices and learning how to operate the navagation screen. Love the power of the car, it has great acceleration, wonderful suspension and steering, just a pleasure to drive. I want to go on a road trip as soon as i can....Anyway glad to be back on the forum and reading all the advice.

Fine car, the XF, you are sure to enjoy it a lot. As for a spare key, I too only got one for my XJ6 (X350 series), and bought another one. I agree the're not cheap, but surely you haven't spent all your money buying the car !

No, I haven't spent all my money, but $400 for a key is rather absurd. I found an EOM key on eBay for 49.00 and had it programmed by my locksmith for 50.00. Just doesnt have the hard key, but only need one of those anyway.

Welcome Jack from another newbie.

Orlando - one of my favourite American cities, never fail to visit when we're over on vacation.

Default Bike Week

Been crazy time in Orlando...NBA all star Game, Daytona 500, Bike Week, and Spring break. Nothing like trying to feel cool riding in your XF surrounded by Harley's!

My wife & I got caught like that during a vacation where we'd arrived the night before and drove up to Daytona the next morning to visit the Speedway only to discover it was Spring Break!

Try to imagine if you can two pale as milk coloured Scots in a white Mustang convertible surrounded by hundreds of firm, young tanned youths - boy did we feel out of place! LOL!
