Default Grey Bloke & Grey F-Type

Hey All,

Just found this forum (directed from Ftypeforum for the uk) , some excellent and very helpful threads

I acquired a 2014 F Type R (5.0) in Feb this year and I am working through my list of jobs to do , having rebuilt TVR Griffith 5.0 over 8 years - I am pretty good with spanners ;-)

Love the F-type looks and power -

two V8s
completely different to drive with supercharger (Jag) vs TVR (normally aspirated) , but similar in spirit (543 hp /1650 kgs vs 330 hp 1060 kgs) and both RWD

Jobs completed so far
  • Rear Diff seal
  • Ceramic Coat (Modensta)
  • PS4S
  • All speakers replaced Audison Voce speakers , matting fitted to doors and boot space , new AMP's and Sub Woofer
  • Brembo Brakes & Pads - Front/Rear
  • Puddle Lights
  • New style wing mirror indicators
  • CTEX trickle charger
  • New Bosch Battery
To do
  • Driver and passenger side window glass (I have the glass just need to get the new style seals)
  • Rear Sub frame strut removal and re-paint
  • Passenger side headlight replacement - stress cracks (how much !)
  • O2 Sensor's (4) , Injectors (8) , SuperCharger coupling , as these will fail eventual on 9 year old car
  • Y hoses & Water Pump & SuperCharger coupling (Oil service) - as above
  • Ghost 2 Alarm
Trips Planned

Cheers
