Hello
I have just committed myself to buying a late 2003 XKR 4.2 litre convertible
Its in Baby blue with pale blue leather
At the moment its having a full service and will be sold with a 12 MOT. and full Parts & labour 12 months guarantee.
Where could it all go wrong? and what do I need to check out?
Thanks for having me
Cheers bob

Welcome to the forum Bob.
2003 -2006 pretty much sorted cars so if you keep it well maintained you shouldn't have too many problems.
I would suggest that you get yourself a CTEK battery tender. These cars do suffer if the battery voltage drops slightly.
Apart from that, enjoy the car and the forum and don't forget the pics, I've never seen a "baby blue" one.

When looking for the right XKR for me. I saw some with a green wood dashboard
I have to say I was not taken by it and preferred the standard wood finish.
Were there many made this colour?
The dealer had two on his plot.
This is the one I chose

I've opened them and pasted them into this post.
Did you want to use one of them as a SigPic?
Graham
Bob,
I've resized the photo to SigPic limits and eMailed it to you.
Save it to your computer then edit your Signature from User CP.
1. click on the Browse button to find the photo on your computer
2. click on the Upload button to upload the photo
3. click on Save Signature

The photo should then appear in your Signature.
