Default Hello

I own a 2000 Lincoln LS and realize that there are a number of shared parts my car and the S Type has. I am actually here for confirmation about whether the 2001 S Type 4.0 Liter oil pump will work on my remanufactured engine that I am about to have installed. Ford has discontinued the part and this is a critical piece of info for me.

Anyone able to answer this?

Welcome to the forum,

I see you already posted in the tech areas, maybe someone will know, it's strange Ford would discontinue a part like this.

Welcome to the forum.

Different to see the question in reverse.

Hopefully someone will have an answer.
