Default Hello all !

I have a 1999 Jaguar Vanden Plaz that I received in most unusual circumstances, anyways, I had the right side hood release problem and figured
it out, this website came up on a search and gave me the general basics, I figured out my problem ( this one ) took lots of pictures and thought it might help if I joined and shared my grief while doing my resto/making it run ...thing

We like to read how someone was able to fix a problem with these forums. Everyone likes to see pictures of the problem and how you fixed it.

It is my second day and navigating around here for me will be confusing at first, However, I already have a good feeling, the pictures are taken, and thanks for the welcome Side note, once I did get the hood/bonnet open I discovered quite a few critters ( have those pics as well ) seems I got back to my jag just in time though
( except for the material eaten at right side of engine comp) Oh well, better that than wiring...I am actually a 27 yr ford tech, seen a lot of it

Sorry for not adding this earlier, but, if anyone has Ford questions as well I would be happy to help...ooh, and if you have the model same as a lincoln, buy the Lincoln parts for 1/2, also I found online ( for me ) partsgeek.com has reasonable prices ( except for the cup holder I need ) LOL
