Default Hello All

I have been browsing Jagforums for quite sometime now. I purchased my current Jaguar, an '02 X-Type 2.5, from a friend and have done a lot of restoration. This forum has been a great help and hopefully I can pass on some info I've learned as well.
Thank You!

Welcome to the forum aviatorjohnson,

Good to hear you've already found useful information here. No need to tell you which section to visit for help and advice.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Thanks All for the welcome. I will definitely post any findings I have. Currently I am looking into doing a full tune-up myself, and while I'm under the hood doing the compressor valve/spring swap as well. I have had problems with my AC blowing colder on one side than the other and sometimes not blowing very cold at all. So far I have only replaced the refrigerant. Also, the recirc function doesn't work at all, constantly open bringing in fumes from other cars when in traffic.

Thanks Again!
