Hello to all,,,
My name is Pedro, I live in the sunny island of Puerto Rico. A few months ago got this garage baby, a 2001 XKR with only 18,xxx miles on it. Didnt think twice about, so now Iam a happy owner of a big cat. By the way, Iam a Physician, and also a lawyer, but always a car enthusiast and mechanic all my life, so I think i got to the right place.
Welcome to the forum Pedro,
You live in Puerto Rico and you have Sun. We're getting off to a bad start here!
. I don't get much sun

in England.
That's low miles for a 2001. It must be in very good condition.
Follow this link XJ ( X308 ) XJ8 / XJR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum for help and advice with the XKR.
Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
Enjoy the XKR.................and the sun.

Here are some pics, indeed it is in great condition, was used only for weekend golf, for a few years until the original owner passed away, then it lay mostly unused under a car cover in a closed garage, everything works. The family was anxious to sell, because the dreaded "limp mode, and no trac" available gremlin was loose. Nevertheless it was solved by me with a few minutes of work. Not a bad kitty, for less than $15,000. Not a single scratch..
