Hi guys and warm hello from Bavaria/Germany!
Just got my beautiful blue XK8 convertible back on the road after 6 (!) years of storage (job, kids, life, you know the drill).
All it needed was:
- fuel pump
- Tensioners
- waterpump, thermostat, norma connector replace, aluminium thermostat housing
- fresh oil plus filter
- hydraulics flush for the roof
- new fluids and filters all around
- new tires
- and YES, it runs on 6 year old fuel
This forum was a lot of help and will be in the future, I'm sure.
This is a great hobby next to my soul crushing job in IT
