Default Hello from Beacham Jaguar

Hi all,

My name is Steve, I am the newly-appointed Parts Manager here at Beacham Jaguar in New Zealand.

Originally from Stoke-on-Trent, England & been on the spanners (mainly Mercedes Benz Heavy stuff) until I lost my arm in a motorbike crash a few years back.

Now here at Beachams, trying to source (some very obscure) parts for Jags, Rolls Royce, Bentley etc etc.

Fairly new to Jaguar so please go easy on the techie questions (if anyone has any??).

I will try to keep a thread going with pictures of project cars etc as time allows, and no doubt ask questions of my own.

Good to be on the forum.

Regards
Steve

Spent a chunk of my life in Dorset, but now in palmy and have a 2010 XFR.
Race motorbikes in NZ as well (road race) , but have managed to hang onto my limbs so far......

Have you got a paint shop up there ?

Hi Steve, Welcome!

I've been meaning to pop in to your Auckland showroom to see what sort of things you get up to. Have you got any mechanics in Auckland?

Regards
Stuart

Steve, Welcome to the Forum I have only just joined as well. You mention trying to source Jag Parts, I have a Database with Jag Parts suppliers, covers newer Jag's right back to XK120. (all strictly non-commercial) Your welcome to a copy, if it helps? Not sure that my Private Message facility is enabled yet, when it is guessing at a couple of weeks, just ask if you need it.

Roger.

Hi,

Yes, we have a mechanic and workshop @ the Penrose branch.

As for a copy of suppliers, that would be great. I have A LOT of suppliers in my database, but I am always looking for bits that are getting more and more difficult to track down. My email is steve@beacham-jaguar.co.nz

Regards
Steve
