Hello All,

I decided to join this forum because of all of the excellent advice & fellowship I have observed here. I am a Jag enthusiast in an area where they are quite rare. In addition, not only do I dislike paying the Jag dealer's rates for service, but the closest dealer is a distance from where I live. Besides, I like to get acquainted with my "Cats".

In the past I have had several XJS's (Still have a 'parts' one). Presently I have a 2001 XKR & have recently acquired a 2002 X-Type for a winter driver. I have some lingering concerns with the later which I am sure that the members of these forums will be able to help me with.

Thanks in advance for any help and advance. I hope that I can not only gather knowledge from my fellow Jag lovers but perhaps contribute some back myself.

If you haven't already done so you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.

Hope the guys in the X-Type tech section can help you resolve the issues before winter sets in.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
