My name is Jerry and i am new to Jaguars. I just got the car yesterday evening and i bought it as a project car. The price was right - so i jumped into the fold. I just realized that i don't have a good picture to add so i will insert the picture i took when i bought it. I have worked on mostly Mercedes and Ford cars but never a Jaguar. I am very much looking forward to learning the electrical and mechanicals of the car and getting my very first ride in one of these. I browsed the forum before i got the car and find it very informative. My picture must be in too high a resolution - i'll add a smaller one later.
I have a 1998 XJ8, Forest Green, 141,000 miles. Looking forward to the forum.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
