Glad I found this forum as I have questions about my 2003 S Type and some of its idiosyncrasies. I am originally from Connecticut and moved to FTL 10 years ago to buy and sell real estate. I bought my 2003 S Type December of 2005 with 32K miles on it. The local FTL Jag dealership definitely did not do their job as this was supposed to be a Select Edition yet it was in service 8 times in the first 3 months. Although I love the care and it looks incredible as I keep it well, the challenges with the transmission (auto 6 sp) and the differential have been infuriating. Maybe in the future I can discuss these things but for now I want to say hi to my fellow jag owners.
