Default Hello from France

It is a long time that I read this forum, but today I register because there is a post where I am concerned (Knock engine)

I am registred on a french jaguar XK8 / R forum.
I drive a black 1998 XKR, 89000 miles at clock and a 1977 XJ6 4.2L 14000 miles at clock (like new) I had in the past a '84 XJS V12, 2 cadillac seville, '77 transam, '72 formula 400, '66 chevy caprice sedan 289 ci, and my first car was a '70 mercury cougar 351 cleveland.

I am interested in experiences from others and I am glad to share mine as far as it is possible.

Thanks

Bienvenue Pascal,

Two beautiful Jaguars. The XKR has the knock problem?

As you have been reading the forum for some time, you will know where to post the question.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Please also visit the Europe section Europe - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in mainland Europe.

Enjoy the forum and I hope the knock issue is soon resolved.

Graham

Pascal,
I thought from the pavé you were somewhere 'posh'.
I'm in the Creuse where, as you know, even the crows fly upside down so they don't see la misère

Noticed the 56 on the Cougar.

Pontrieux 22.

Great now that the tourists have gone.

Back in the early 90s we used to start our Trans Bretagne 4x4 rally from Fort Bloqué.
