I have been lurking here for several weeks to research Jaguar xk8/xkr's. My opportunity to buy a car I liked has finally happened. I am waiting for the dealer to finish getting into shape. It is a 2006 xk8 Victory Edition in British racing green and cashmere.

The dealer called me. The car will be ready tomorrow (Saturday). The only downside is I will be picking it up on a day with snowfall up here. I'm not too worried about my driving (I will be VERY careful) but I do worry about someone else sliding down the street, but what's life without a little drama.

 

Congrats on the car! Im sure you will be pleased.

 

The car is in the garage. The roads are covered with salt. I guess it will be a while before I take it out. That will give me time to figure out all those switches!
