Hello from Norfolk, UK
Hellooooo,
I'm Bob (mum calls me Robert) I'm a young 61(well I keep being told to grow up!) and I live in beautiful Norfok, right on the east coast of England. I did have an S Type from new for 9 years and loved it. Then sold it and bought a more economical car that I've never connected with soooo, earlier this year I bought a low milage 2002 XK8 coupe in silver and it's terrific, just love it
I keep it polished in the garage, love maintaining it and take it out just for the fun of it and put a smile on my face
Now going to navigate my way around this forum and find out how to post some photos and hope to be in touch with other members soon. All the best Bob

Welcome to the forum Bob,
Good advice above.
The XK8/XKR section is very active with a large and friendly group of members. Good place to start is the 'HOW TO's at the top of the threads.
Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Sig Pic and greeting looking good.
When you can tear yourself away from the Olympics, please add the year '2002' to the 'XK8'.
No idea what the US contingent will make of the Norfolk greeting!

Hello Graham,
Good point, and done. For our freinds over the water..,Google "The Singing Postman", Alan Smethurst (think thats how you spell it) if you would like to hear the Norfolk dialect

Bob,
Found it - Allan Smethurst. I can read the dialect but it's a whole New World when spoken! Here's the link for other equally curious readers:
There's more than a few here who think England also still looks like this.
