Default Hello from Picayune, MS and Thanks for the help!

I have been getting help from ya'll for about a year now. I had a '94 XJS Conv 2+2 with the 4.0 straight 6. I sure miss that car but I purchased it specifically to fix a few things and sell it for profit. I kept it longer than any of my other cars i purchased to sell. I haven't enjoyed any car more; Just put the top down select sport for the transmission and just cruise the back roads of MS.

Since then I have purchased a 2001 S-Type 3.0. I had such a time trying to figure out why it would overheat until I read in the forum and confirmed cracks in the coolant expansion tank. Though I admit I did have a hard time distinguishing which of the threads pertained to my specific model. But finally got it right and thank you all so much--No More Overheating.

My wife and I just moved here about 2 years ago from just outside the Smokey Mountains south of Knoxville, TN. We loved to ride our motorcycles there and sometimes would take an evening ride to the overlook at the tail of the dragon, Deals Gap.

I look forward to reading your so helpful posts and hope I may be able to help someone from my experiences in the future. Thank you all for being there for us.

Welcome to the forum srchapman,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums. A superb pair of Jaguars - we never see white ones in the UK.

Good to hear you've already found useful information to resolve the over heating issue. That means you won't need a link to the S-Type tech forum.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top of it is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

You can also visit the USA Southern MidWest Region forum by following this link USA Southern MidWest - AR LA MS KY TN AL - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum

Enjoy the forums.
