Default Hello from rainy Oregon

Hi all, I just picked up my first Jaguar on friday. It is a 2004 XJR. Since high school I have always wanted a Jag and with the resale value of fruit I pulled the trigger. It is really in nice shape, from the carfax it lived in southern CA and it shows, no corrosion on anything. No dings, no stains, really impressive. I took it for a 2 hour drive today and I have to say the stand out feature is the adaptive cruise control, I never thought it would even matter but that is awesome. I have always treated cars right and I am looking forward to getting pointers on how to keep my new mount in top shape.

Regards

Signature updated, can't wait till the intro period is over. There are a number of PDFs I am interested in seeing. I want to update my non-HID bulbs to ones that color match better.

I am thinking PIAA
PIAA

and these for the turn signals
Chrome Bulbs, Mirror Bulbs look silver but flash amber when lit.

I have done LED for the flashers in the past, just have to change out the blinker module but I don't want to have to do load resistors to fool the CAN BUS.

I was looking at the headlights, they look impossible to change, I will likely have to drop the front bumper as suggested by some.

Welcome from bright sunshiny SoCal (sorry, I just couldn't resist). In spite of that, hope you have a great time here on this forum.
