Hello all, I live in Los Angeles, CA. I recently picked up a 1997 XJ6 or X300 as I've learned they are called. I was in the market for a BMW 740 or Lexus Ls400 and the Jag was not even on my list. I came across the Jag and loved how it looked and droved compared to the other cars. A quick research on Edmunds.com convinced me to take the plunge. After I've driven it, a few friends have told to be aware of electrical issues while other give me praise on how nice it looks. So far so good and as far as electrical issues I only have the remote truck release not working even tho Ive moved the valet switch back and forth but is no big deal for now. I love is far and hope to stick around with it for a while.

740s are hot machine I love '94-02 models but Jag X300 like a shining star and takes over all others in regards to appearance

 

Thanks guys I do agree that everytime I walk of the house and see her parked outside I happy with my choice. There is one annoying sound that I will have to take care of. It's a suspension squeak, even tho I just replaced the front shocks it squeaks at stops and when exiting the car. I'm no stranger to working on cars and have done everything short of a transmission rebuild.
