Greetings for southwest florida. I'm the happy owner of a Silver over Parchment XJ8 that I purchased new in February 2005. There's less than 18,000 miles on the clock and it's still showroom condition so I've decided to just hang on to it till it becomes a classic.

I've added mesh grills (top and bottom) and "R" badges. I've removed the "XJ8" badge from the trunk and filled in the Jaguar letters on the chrome strip which crosses the trunk with red paint. Next will be 20 inch wheels and I'll be "good to go".

I've enjoyed reading many of your posts and already learned quite a bit here. I hope I'll be able to contribute something to this great forum from time to time. I'll post a pic when I am able to do so.
