Default Aussie Sovereign

Gday all,

Ive just recently purchased a 1990/91 Jaguar Sovereign 4.0 (build date is June 1990 release date here in Australia is 1991 also rego details say 1991)

The car is in reasonable good condition with a few problems to sort out.

I like to do most of my own mechanical work and enjoy learning new things when it comes to cars. I look forward to learning more about the Jaguar.
I am currently restoring a 1961 EK Holden and also drive a 67 HR Holden.
The Jaguar will be driven daily and also for travelling(just a few more comforts than the old holdens)

I believe I should post any questions in the XJ40 section Is that correct?

I will get some pics of the car up when I can
Thanks Scubbs

Welcome, you can use XJ40 Forums , although Jaguars kept making Series III until late '92 but that's a fat chance you own a Series III due to limited edition
Don't worry XJ40s are better rides in every way

Welcome Scubbs, now then, we need to see some pics of the Holdens, oh and some of the XJ40 as well.

I guess that you guys don't have such a problem with rust as we Northern Europeans.
