hi all just to introduce myself marx the name.just bought myself an s type 2.7 diesel 2006, gorgeous car,i had an x type 2005 previous but traded for a vw touareg (got 2 dogs 1 a dogue de bordeaux so needed space)for a month but could not get on with it and the wife kept saying we need another jag, so upgraded to an s type.
anyway have a question how can you tell if i have a single turbo or double 1 without taking it apart anyone know please let me know my 2 older sons wont stop on about it thanx

Mark, the S-Types only come with a single turbo to my knowledge. maybe someone a bit more familiar with the Jag engines will correct me.

Welcome Marx, so what will you do with the dogs? Tow hitch and trailer I suppose (at least that's what they do over here)

 

It's a twin turbo engine. One for each cylinder bank.
