Hello ladies and gents!
New here, buying my first Jag this month(that’s the plan). Located in NYC/CT.
going to look at one owner XJ40(number 1 choice) and one owner x300(backup). Anything specific I gotta look for or be wary of? Thanks!

To find either of those as a "one owner" is unusual.
