Default Hey, soon to be a 1991 Jaguar XJS owner!

Hey, I live in Scotland and own a 1998 Saab 9-5 2.0LPT, 1994 Peugeot 405 1.9 TD, 1986 Range Rover 3.5 EFi V8 and ofcourse soon to be 1991 Jaguar XJ-S 4.0 AJ16 I6! As you can tell, I love cars and collecting them. When I get the Jag from my friend in a couple of days I will be getting it fully running (needs a few things just now to help it run... Such as an ENGINE!). He will fit it with a 4.0 before he gives it to me as he took the old engine out of it for his other XJ-S. The engine he is fitting for me nly has 145,200 miles on it
See ya guys!

Welcome to the Forums, another J from Scotland and a Saab owner to boot, you'll keep the boss happy.

The XJS will work better with an engine. At least at the moment we have a chance of helping you with a no start problem. Q "Turned key, nothing happened". A "Open bonnet what do you see?)

Some good guys over in the XJS section, have fun.
