Default Hi all... new guy, no idea how forums work

I have no idea how to post or see responses, but here it go's.
My cat is a 2003 X-type racing green with +/- 60,000 miles on it. I bought it with 16,000 and tolerate it as you would an only child (love but caution). As I get time I will learn how to communicate with you all, in the meantime I am rebuilding/replacing the broken adjusters in the headlights using information from the forum...Thanks to all who posted on this subject.

Thanks in advance for your patience, how do I find the string(s) that deal with replacing the headlight adjusters? (I have previously searched and may have some0 If there is not a good string on buying new adjusters and installing them... Ill try to create one.
