Hi from... Belgium
Hi everybody. First of all, I would like to apologize for my english since it's not my first language (French instead...).
Short presentation: I am 48, have a wife and two children daughter (17 y) and son (19 y).
I am rather sporty (judo, jogging) and my favourite hobby is restoration "as new" and collection of trail or trial bikes of the eighties: the ones that I have dreamt of (or that I owned) when I was a teenager : Honda XL500S (1980) and XR500R (1982), yamaha XT500SP (1989), TY175 (1982) and DT125mx (1986).
I ended up to discover your forum when google searching for a way to bluetooth-upgrade my new mammy (a still young-looking s-type).
In fact, the S-type is my 3rd Jaguar which came to fullfill our desire for a classic-looking Jag.
I first have owned a XF, replaced by a second ... XF (nearly the same, but with an engine upgrade). In august, since my son needed a car to go to the university, my wife gave him her volvo and replaced it by a second-hand 2004 S-type.
Here, big bore petrol engine are financially nearly unbearable, so many (luxury) cars are moved by diesel engines.
So My XF s a 3.0 TDV6, my S-type is a 2.7 TDV6 and the Volvo C30 is an 1.6 TD4.
So, I think That's all for the presentation.
Best regards.
Luc
