Newbie. Have a 1999 xj8 and need someplace I can get answers and advice and still stay with in budget

Welcome! I have a 98 that I picked up for a very reasonable price, and that I am maintaining myself, with an eye to costs.
I think that can be done, if you're willing to do some work yourself. Ask away!
