Hello everyone. I've been reading here for a while but now I thought it was time to sign up. My name is Valentin, I live in Innsbruck/Austria and I own a 1996 Daimler Double Six, LWB in Westminster Blue with coffee/cream interior. I must admit that I absolutely love this car It took me a very long time to find a DD6 here in Austria because Jaguar only sold very few here. Before, I had a 1996 XJ6 3,2 which was a trouble free and nice car but I always wanted the more opulent Daimler version. Below a picture of my DD6. I only use it in the warmer half of the year because we have lots of snow and salt on our roads here.
Regards,
Valentin

Follow Norri's link in post #2 to the X305 forum for help, advice and information. The XJ X300 / XJR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum will also be useful for everything other than the powertrain. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
Thank you for the warm welcome and the useful hints.
@jerry: I traded up because I am currently looking for a nice XJS and don't have the space for two very similar XJs - unfortunately.
