I am the owner of a new 2015 Polaris White Jaguar XF, which I took delivery on at the end of May. This is my first Jaguar and will probably be my last based on the extremely poor customer support from the Jaguar dealership to the problem that I have had from day one while trying to fuel the car. Last week the fuel pump shut off an unbelievable 19 times (which I have a video of). Yesterday it shut off seven times and I finally told the attendant to stop after $20.00. Fuel filler neck was replaced and dealer said there are no other fixes so basically they just don't care. Not the kind of treatment I am used to from the Cadillac dealership where I previously purchased three new Cadillacs in 8 years.
