I am an electrician by trade and mechanic as a hobby or when stuff breaks and I have too...lol. I have found the info on here quite useful for awhile now and thought I would join. I own a 2000 jaguar XJ8 that my wife is in love with. It has 170k miles on it so you can imagine it always has something new to work on....currently it is the transmission. YAY! I look forward to hearing from everyone.

Never like to read the word 'transmission' in an Intro as it usually implies more than an oil change is required?

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
