Default Hi from Oxfordshire

Hi there. I have just posted (1st ever) a problem on my XK8 & realised that despite being a member for some time, I have never posted an intro on myself. Better late than never?
Currently own a beautiful black 2005 XK8 that has a low 28k and all the extras that Jaguar could throw at it (Dealer 1st owned) bar an supercharged XKR engine. Had her for 18 months since 21k and is used daily.
This is my 4th Jaguar, my first being an 4.0l XJS, used as a 'fun car'. That soon became my preferred choice of drive so I swapped over to an '53 XJ8 as the main run-around. Moved onto an '06 XJ6 and then onto this current XK8.
Love Jags and have no plans to change as long as I can afford to keep running them.
Thanks, Colin

Welcome to the forum Colin,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I can see you have already posted about the ACC issue in the tech section so there's no need for a link from me to the XK8/XKR forum.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the UK Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-68/
to find other members in this country.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
