Default Hi there

A first time Jaguar owner from Romania says hello. I have an '08 2.2 diesel x-type that I absolutely love.

I got the car last autumn on the cheap and it was wreck. Every single panel on it was scratched or dinged. Including the roof, as the previous owner's cats used it as a bed. After a complete respray, it's back to it's normal glory.
The car is absolutely fenomenal. The engine has tons of torque, the steering is extremely sharp and responseful, and I simply cannot stop staring at the lines.
The only thing I'd like to do to it is change the stock alloys. They're garbage. It's like they're made out of butter. I've had to weld them 3 times.
Other than that, it's an amazing car, a drop of class in a sea of Audis/BMWs/Mercs.

Congratulations on your X Type, welcome to the forum, hope you get things sorted with your wheels just don't go too daft on size or you will only be repeating the process.

I plan to switch to 16s. The roads aren't that great here and I think that's the best choice.

Welcome to the forum!

Oh one other thing you need to put your car details in your signature. I am speaking of the Year, Make & Model. Without it you may not get the input you are looking for.

Please take a moment and read the information provided to you explaining the rules. Be patient and enjoy the site.
