Hi there am new to this list.
Live in Germany and have been actively restoring Healey 3000s the last 23 years and am now waiting delivery from Sweden of my first ever Jaguar Etype 4.2 OTS first registered 1966 (Built late 1965).
One issue is that while my body number is stamped under the LH windscreen post am trying to get the rear body number tag plate remade as when the car was resprayed the painter removed it.
I need to check the threads and see if anyone has the measurements of this tag plate underneath the licence plate and the size of the embossed character/numbers. I think its 2.5 inches long by 1/2 inch high and the embossed characters are 1/4 inch high ?

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
