newbie from dallas tx here. had my 2004 xjr for a little over a year now. best car i have ever owned and best car on the road if you ask me! question though: hood sensor must be malfunctioning. says the hood is open, when it is obviously not. problem, it doesn't allow the car to lock if one of the doors/hood/trunk is open. pretty big problem. hood opens and closes with ease. replace the hood sensor myself? anyone with experience with this particular problem?
